About the Y-O Improvement and Services District:
Improvement and Service Districts (commonly referred to as ISDs) are authorized pursuant to Wyoming State Statutes §18-12-101 through §18-12-141. Formed on May 17, 2000, the Y-O Improvement and Services District services approximately 70 homes within the Y-O Ranch Subdivision. In 2002 the district obtained bonds to build roads within the subdivision - those bonds have since been satisfied. The district continues to maintain the road system within their described boundaries. Public meetings are held at the First State Bank Conference Center, located at 1405 16th Street, Wheatland, WY. Notice of those meetings is posted on this website, when provided by the district, and through mailings sent to residents and homeowners of the Y-O Ranch Subdivision.
