Filing by Email or Fax

The Clerk shall charge $1.00 per page to transmit or receive email or fax filings and payment must be received within ten days.  Please contact my office prior to email or fax filing.  Please email all pleadings to dcfiling@plattecountywyoming.com or fax to 307-322-5402.  Confidential pleadings will not be accepted by email nor any pleading that requires a fee.  Please send all proposed orders directly to the Judge who is assigned to your case.  My office does not require a courtesy copy of proposed orders. 

Additional information:

• When receiving emailed document(s), we will return to sender a “file stamped” copy and an invoice for fees owed, unless paid by credit card. 
• When receiving faxed document(s), we will only fax back a “file stamped” copy of the first page of the pleading and include an invoice for fees owed, unless paid by credit card.
